Shipping Policy

Delivery: Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery once items are purchased from our boutique.


Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages under any circumstances.


Returns & Exchanges: Absolutely NO Exchanges, NO Returns, NO Refunds—ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read item descriptions before purchasing or contact us with any questions/concerns.


Signatures Required: ALL packages require a signature. If you are not available at the time of delivery and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost again.


Disputes/Chargebacks: Any customer who opens disputes or chargebacks will be banned from shopping with us again.


Order Issues: If there is a mistake or problem with your order, please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours to help resolve it.
